Scott said one key is to have a
high volume of sweet potatoes
positioned on attractive displays
to help draw the consumer's
eye in their direction.

year-round, but is especially

like Easter, Thanksgiving and
Christmas, Scott said.
Grainger said the key to
merchandising at retail is to
keep them front and center
year-round.
